Can I pay in TWD or other currencies?

Yes. Quotes are in USD, but we also accept TWD, HKD, EUR, GBP, JPY, SGD, CNY, and more. Credit cards bill in your card's local currency (FX handled by Stripe); wire or Wise can settle in your preferred currency at the day's rate.

Can I pay in installments?

Large projects can be split into 2-3 installments (e.g., deposit, midpoint, final). Monthly services are billed monthly. Exact terms follow the invoice.

Do I get a receipt?

Yes. We email a formal Invoice / Receipt within 3 business days of payment.

How soon does service start after payment?

Within 48 hours of confirmed payment, with a dedicated consultant assigned.

Refund policy?

Full refund before project kickoff. After kickoff, refunds are pro-rated to actual progress. See Terms of Service for details.
