When shoppers ask AI to recommend a brand yours should be in the answer

TriloAI helps brand web stores, marketplace sellers and cross-border sellers in Taiwan show up when shoppers ask Google and AI to recommend a good brand (SEO and GEO), then connects order lookups, returns and customer service records. We check which brands 5 AI platforms recommend and which sites they rely on with our own tool, GEO by TriloAI, fix your product pages, brand pages, structured data and mentions on other sites based on the report, then re-test with the same questions. Remote service across Taiwan, pricing scoped to your needs, and a free quick scan to start.

When it fits

Sound familiar

Shoppers ask AI and your brand isn't there

Someone asks ChatGPT to recommend a backpack brand for commuting and gets other brands and marketplace listings, not you, and you can't see which sites or reviews the AI relied on.

Customer service buried in order and return questions

Where is my order and how do I return this come in every day; staff switch between the store admin, carrier tracking pages, LINE and spreadsheets, and different people may give different answers.

Ad spend keeps rising and you can't tell what works

Ad costs keep going up, and reports show impressions, clicks and platform-reported conversions, but not which customers found you on their own or what's left when ads stop.

What it does

What you get

Five-platform AI check

Using questions shoppers actually ask (for example, a backpack brand for commuting), we check ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and Claude at once: which brands get recommended and which sites the AI relies on.

Product and brand pages AI can read

Each product page states materials, specs, who it suits, who it doesn't, shipping time and warranty in text; the brand page says who you are, what you sell and how you differ. You supply the product facts, and we don't write exaggerated or misleading claims or superlatives.

Structured product data and FAQs

Product name, brand, specs, price and stock, and shipping and return policies are marked up as structured data (such as Product and Offer), matching what's visible on the page; FAQs answer what customers really ask before they buy.

Mentions on other sites

AI often cites review articles, comparison posts, forum threads and marketplace reviews. From the sites the report shows AI relying on, we find where you're missing or out of date and fix them one by one; reviews come only from real buyers, never fake ones.

Customer service automation: order status and returns

LINE customer service answers where is my order automatically, checking the customer's identity before looking up order and delivery status; for returns and exchanges it explains your process, collects the order number, reason and photos, then hands it to a person to decide. Anything it can't answer also goes to a person.

Orders, CRM and exception alerts in sync

Customer service records are written to your CRM or spreadsheet automatically, and exception orders such as failed payments, incomplete addresses or late shipments trigger alerts to the right person; customer data is handled under the Personal Data Protection Act, passing only the fields needed. Connected to your current store admin and systems (where they offer a way to connect), without replacing them.

Use cases

Six kinds of online sellers and where each gets stuck

Everyone sells online, but how shoppers find you and where customer service gets stuck differ. Here is where we look first for each.

Brand web stores (Shopify, WooCommerce and similar)

You have your own site, but product pages are mostly large images and marketing copy, so AI has no specs to cite when asked which brand to buy; customer service questions center on orders and returns.

Add materials, specs, who it suits, and shipping and return details to each product page, with structured product data and FAQs; connect order lookups to LINE customer service, and collect return details before handing them to a person.

What we track

  • Mentions in brand-related questions
  • Orders and inquiries from the website
  • Share of repeat customer service questions
Sellers on online marketplaces

You sell mainly on marketplaces with fixed page layouts, so your brand story and full specs don't fit; when shoppers ask AI, they see a list of products and can't tell you apart.

Build a brand website or brand page that says who you are, how your products differ and where to buy them; keep brand names, product names and specs on marketplaces consistent with your site so AI doesn't mix them up.

What we track

  • AI mentions of your brand name
  • People searching for your brand name
  • Consistency between marketplace and website details
Cross-border sellers

You sell abroad, and overseas shoppers ask AI in English or Japanese; Taiwanese brands may not appear in the answers, and questions about shipping, duties and returns need answers in other languages too.

Check the markets you sell to (for example the US, Japan or Global) and their languages with GEO by TriloAI; write English or Japanese product pages with specs, shipping coverage and times, and return methods, and turn common questions into FAQs in those languages. Consumer rules differ by country, so confirm return policies against local rules.

What we track

  • Mentions in target-market questions
  • Customer service inquiries on overseas orders
  • Share of shipping and return questions
Subscription products

Customers want to know how often boxes ship, how billing works and how to pause or cancel; if that isn't clear, customer service answers the same questions over and over, and cancellations can turn into disputes.

Write delivery frequency, billing, pausing and canceling into clear pages and FAQs; LINE customer service answers the next shipping date, and cancellations follow the process you set or go to a person.

What we track

  • Subscription-related customer service inquiries
  • Time to handle pauses and cancellations
  • Whether AI answers state subscription terms correctly
B2B online ordering

Distributors and retailers order through LINE, phone and email, sales retypes every order into the system, and many messages just ask about stock and shipping dates.

Distributor orders are organized into a spreadsheet or ERP automatically, and stock and shipping status can be looked up directly; wholesale terms don't need to be public and can sit behind a login or come from sales.

What we track

  • Orders retyped by hand
  • Messages asking about stock and shipping dates
  • Time from order to confirmation
Brands with physical stores and a web shop

You sell in stores and online, and the return rules can differ by nature (online purchases fall under the 7-day cancellation rule in the Consumer Protection Act), so customer service and store staff often say different things.

Write the online and in-store return policies separately and explain how they differ, with customer service, stores and the website all using the same text; store pages and Google Business Profiles state address, hours and what can be picked up, returned or exchanged.

What we track

  • Store mentions in local AI questions
  • Cross-channel customer service inquiries
  • Return and exchange disputes

  2. 02

    Free 30-minute consultation

We go through the scan together and confirm where you sell, your main products, where customer service gets stuck and the questions you want shoppers to find you for first.

  3. 03

    Five-platform check

Up to 15 questions shoppers ask, run across 5 AI platforms at once: which brands get recommended, which sites AI relies on, and the first three things to do. If you sell abroad, you can pick the markets and languages to check.

  4. 04

    Fix

Fix product pages, brand pages, structured data and FAQs, work on mentions on other sites, and connect order lookups, return intake and CRM if needed.

  5. 05

Same questions, measured again, alongside orders and customer service inquiries from your website. Changes usually take a few weeks to show, and no change gets recorded as no change.

Pricing

How pricing works

FAQ

Common questions

What's the difference between GEO and SEO for an online store?+

SEO gets your product pages into Google search results; GEO helps AI assistants like ChatGPT and Gemini understand your products and mention you when someone asks them to recommend a good brand. Much of the work overlaps (product pages with clear specs, structured data, mentions in reviews and comparison posts), so we do them together and measure them separately.

How do I know whether AI recommends my brand?+

Start with the free quick scan: enter your URL in GEO by TriloAI and see how ChatGPT answers in about 1–2 minutes. For the full picture, the five-platform check runs up to 15 shopper questions across 5 AI platforms and shows whether you're mentioned, which brands you lose to and which sites AI relied on.

How long before I see results?+

Each platform updates at its own pace, and changes usually take a few weeks to show. We re-test with the same questions and look at orders and customer service inquiries from your website; no change gets recorded as no change.

How should we write our return policy, and does the Consumer Protection Act apply?+

Yes, it applies. Under Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act, online purchases count as distance sales, and consumers can generally cancel within 7 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. There are some exceptions (for example perishable goods or items made to the customer's order), which have conditions and need to be made clear before purchase. Spell out how returns and refunds work, and make sure the website, customer service and any AI assistant say the same thing; names, phone numbers and addresses on orders are handled under the Personal Data Protection Act. This is a plain-language summary, not legal advice; the latest announcements from the authorities prevail.

Who supplies the product details, and can we describe benefits?+

You supply the facts, such as materials, specs, origin and shipping times, and we turn them into sentences AI and customers can read. We don't write exaggerated or misleading claims or use superlatives like "number one" or "the best". Products such as food and cosmetics have their own advertising rules and can't claim medical effects, so they follow the rules for their category.

When an AI assistant answers return questions, where do its answers come from?+

From the return policy and FAQs you've confirmed; it isn't left to guess. It can explain the process and collect the order number and photos, while approval stays with a person. Situations the policy doesn't cover, disputes and upset customers go straight to a person.

Will this change my store's design?+

As a rule, no. We change the text, headings, structured data and FAQs on product and brand pages. Some store platforms have more template limits, so we check what can be changed first; if the old site can't be edited, we'll discuss whether to rebuild it.

Can you connect my store platform and CRM?+

It depends on whether the system offers a way to connect. Store platforms like Shopify and WooCommerce usually do (for example through an API), and LINE Official Account and spreadsheets connect directly; marketplace seller dashboards, carriers and CRMs need checking first for a way to connect or export data. We won't ask you to replace what you use.

Do you guarantee AI will recommend my brand?+

No. Each AI platform decides what it recommends, and nobody can guarantee that. What we can do is fill in what AI and shoppers need, measure the before and after clearly, and tell you the results as they are.

How is pricing worked out?+

It's scoped to your needs: number of product pages, markets to check, what needs work and whether you want LINE customer service and order lookups connected. We quote after a free 30-minute consultation. The quick scan is free.
