Nearby people ask AI and don't find you
Someone asks ChatGPT for a beginner-friendly gym nearby and gets chains and other studios, not you, and you can't see which sites the AI relied on.
For the fitness industry
TriloAI helps gyms, training studios, yoga, Pilates, boxing and CrossFit businesses in Taiwan show up in Google and AI search (SEO and GEO), then connects booking, trial classes and renewal reminders. We check 5 AI platforms with our own tool, GEO by TriloAI, fix your website, Google Business Profile and listings elsewhere based on the report, then re-test with the same questions. Remote service across Taiwan, pricing scoped to your needs, and a free quick scan to start.

When it fits
Someone asks ChatGPT for a beginner-friendly gym nearby and gets chains and other studios, not you, and you can't see which sites the AI relied on.
Messages, calls and forms arrive at once, coaches are teaching, and trial bookings and renewal reminders live in someone's head, so leads slip away.
Ad costs keep rising, reports show impressions and clicks, but not how many inquiries or sign-ups you gained, or what's left when ads stop.
What it does
Using questions gym customers actually ask (for example, a beginner-friendly strength coach in Taichung), we check ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and Claude at once: who gets recommended and which sites the AI relies on.
One clear heading per page; classes, coaches, prices and how to book written as sentences AI can quote; image descriptions, structured data and FAQs.
Google Maps and AI answers to local questions lean on your Business Profile. We complete the official name, categories, services and description, and point the booking button back to your site so you can count the leads.
AI often cites directories, comparison articles and review sites. From the sites the report shows AI relying on, we find where you're missing or out of date and fix them one by one.
Inquiries are routed automatically, members pick a time slot and get reminders, and anything the bot can't answer goes to a person; bookings land in your calendar or sheet without retyping.
Expiring class packs, members who haven't shown up in a while and post-session coach notes can trigger reminders, connected to the systems you already use.
Real client
The client is a multinational gym chain with two locations in Taiwan (name withheld). In August 2026 we fixed its website and both Google Business Profiles; the changes went live on August 19.
Numbers are the client's own records, August vs September, counting only inquiries and sign-ups that came from Google search (website form and official LINE; Instagram excluded). At the same time the booking button moved from Instagram to the website, so some people who used to come through Instagram now came through the website, and part of the growth comes from that change. This is one client over one month and doesn't mean every gym will see the same. The changes didn't touch the visual design, and no page broke in pre-launch testing.
Use cases
Same industry, different bottlenecks. Here is where we look first for each.
Many locations perform differently on Google Maps and in AI answers, and ad costs keep climbing.
One accurate Business Profile and location page per branch, with address, classes, hours and booking written the same way; the same local questions are checked for every branch.
What we track
Undercut by chains on price, and missing when nearby people ask ChatGPT for a gym.
Write what makes you different (small groups, coaches, equipment, hours, atmosphere) as sentences AI can quote, complete your Business Profile categories and services, and keep reviews coming.
What we track
Business comes from referrals only; online, people can't see who the coaches are or how pricing works.
A page per coach with specialties, certifications and who they suit; clear classes and pricing; online trial booking, so AI has a page to cite when asked about personal trainers nearby.
What we track
Classes look alike, and AI tends to list only the big brands.
Spell out class levels, equipment (such as reformers), instructor backgrounds, who each class suits and what to bring the first time, then add class comparisons and FAQs.
What we track
A clear but niche audience; AI doesn't know where you are, what you teach or whether beginners are welcome.
Describe class types, levels, the first beginner session, safety rules and location, and complete your Business Profile categories so questions like boxing classes nearby include you.
What we track
No front desk: sign-up, access, renewals and common questions all have to work online.
Clear online sign-up instructions and FAQs, automatic replies and renewal reminders; member or access systems are connected where they offer a way to do so.

Process
Enter your URL in GEO by TriloAI. It checks ChatGPT only, no sign-up, about 1–2 minutes, to see whether AI can read your site.
We go through the scan together and confirm what kind of business you are, how many locations you have and which questions you most want to show up for.
Up to 15 questions gym customers ask, run across 5 AI platforms at once: who gets recommended, which sites AI relies on, and the first three things to do.
Fix the website and Google Business Profile, fill gaps on other sites, and connect booking and reminders if needed.
Same questions, measured again, alongside inquiries from Google. Changes usually take a few weeks to show, and no change gets recorded as no change.

Pricing
Quotes depend on how many locations you have, what needs work (website, Google Business Profile, other sites), whether you want booking and member reminders connected, and how often you want re-checks. The ChatGPT quick scan stays free.

FAQ
SEO gets your pages into Google search results; GEO helps AI assistants like ChatGPT and Gemini understand you and mention you when someone asks which gym nearby to try. Much of the work overlaps (a clear website, an accurate Business Profile, mentions on other sites), so we do them together and measure them separately.
Start with the free quick scan: enter your URL in GEO by TriloAI and see how ChatGPT answers in about 1–2 minutes. For the full picture, the five-platform check runs up to 15 customer questions across 5 AI platforms and shows whether you're mentioned and who you lose to.
Each platform updates at its own pace, and changes usually take a few weeks to show. We re-test with the same questions and look at inquiries from Google; no change gets recorded as no change. Our gym client went live in mid-August and saw more inquiries in September, but that's one client and not a promise.
Yes. Small studios usually start with the Google Business Profile and pages for coaches and classes, which cost less and are the easiest way to be found nearby.
Yes. Each location gets its own Business Profile and location page, written the same way so AI and Google don't mix them up, and each location is measured separately.
As a rule, no. We change headings, descriptions, structured data and content. For our gym client we fixed 8 website issues without touching the visual design, and no page broke in pre-launch testing.
It depends on whether the system offers a way to connect. Common tools like LINE Official Account, Google Calendar and forms connect directly; other member or access systems need checking first. We won't ask you to replace what you use.
No. Each AI platform decides what it recommends, and nobody can guarantee that. What we can do is fill in what AI needs, measure the before and after clearly, and tell you the results as they are.
It's scoped to your needs: number of locations, what needs work and whether you want booking connected. We quote after a free 30-minute consultation. The quick scan is free.
