TriloAI

For manufacturers

When overseas buyers ask AI for a supplier your factory should be in the answer

TriloAI helps Taiwanese manufacturers and OEM/ODM factories show up when overseas buyers ask Google and AI for a supplier (SEO and GEO), then connects RFQ sorting, sales assignment and quote data. With our own tool, GEO by TriloAI, we pick the buyer's market and language (for example the US, Japan or Global, with an English or Japanese report), check which suppliers 5 AI platforms recommend and which sites they rely on, fix your English website, spec pages and B2B platform listings based on the report, then re-test with the same questions. Remote service across Taiwan, pricing scoped to your needs, and a free quick scan to start.

When it fits

Sound familiar

Overseas buyers ask AI and don't find you

A buyer asks ChatGPT in English for an aluminum enclosure OEM in Taiwan that accepts small orders and gets other factories and B2B platform lists, not you, and you can't see which sites the AI relied on.

More RFQs than you can quote

RFQs arrive from your website form, B2B platforms, trade-show contacts and sales inboxes at once; with no one sorting them, some go unanswered, and sales retypes part numbers, quantities and lead times between ERP and spreadsheets for every quote.

Spending without knowing what works

Trade-show booths, B2B platform fees and ads get paid year after year, and what comes back is a stack of business cards and exposure figures, not which channel brought real RFQs and orders.

What it does

What you get

AI check by buyer market

Using English or Japanese questions overseas buyers actually ask (for example, an aluminum enclosure OEM in Taiwan with low MOQ), we pick the US, Japan or Global market and check ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and Claude at once: which suppliers get recommended and which sites the AI relies on.

An English website AI can read

One clear heading per page; who you are, what you make and which industries and markets you serve, written as English sentences AI can quote; structured data and FAQs, plus a Japanese version when needed.

Capability and spec pages

One page per process or product: materials, tolerances, capacity, minimum order quantity (MOQ), lead time, sample process, export markets and certifications. Only certifications you actually hold, with the scope written as it appears on the certificate.

Mentions on other sites

AI often cites B2B platforms, industry directories, trade-show exhibitor pages and industry articles. From the sites the report shows AI relying on, we find where you're missing or out of date, such as your company profile on Taiwantrade, and fix them one by one.

RFQs sorted automatically

RFQs from your website form and inbox are sorted by product, region or customer type, assigned to the right salesperson and acknowledged with a confirmation email to the buyer; sales sees the items, quantities and lead times as soon as they open it.

Quotes, orders and shipping synced with ERP

Part numbers and past quotes for quoting, plus order and shipping status, are pulled together from ERP so nothing is retyped between ERP and spreadsheets; connected to the systems you already use (where they offer a way to connect), without replacing them.

Use cases

Six kinds of exporting factories and where each gets stuck

Same industry, but buyers search and judge differently. Here is where we look first for each kind of factory.

Metal machining and components

Many factories can do CNC, stamping or die casting; if your site only says CNC machining, AI can't tell you apart from the rest when buyers ask it for a CNC machining shop in Taiwan.

One page per process: materials, tolerances, surface finishes, size range, MOQ and lead time, with part photos you're allowed to show; check the US or Global market with English questions, and the Japan market too if Japan is a main buyer.

What we track

  • Mentions in process-related questions
  • RFQs from the website
  • Share of RFQs with drawings attached
Machinery and equipment

High-value purchases with long decisions: buyers compare specs, after-sales support and local service first, and when specs only live in a PDF catalog, AI may not be able to read them.

A spec sheet page per model covering suitable materials and industries, capacity, options, delivery and installation, after-sales support and spare parts; the key points of the catalog written as web text so AI and buyers can read them more easily.

What we track

  • Mentions in model-related questions
  • Inquiries from spec pages
  • Share of inquiries naming a specific model
Plastic injection molding and molds

Buyers usually need both tooling and production, and want to know the part sizes you can handle, which resins you use, who owns the mold and how long trial runs take.

Spell out machine tonnage range, available resins, mold storage and ownership, the sampling and trial-run process and lead times, and turn common questions into an English FAQ.

What we track

  • Mentions in tooling and sampling questions
  • RFQs from the website
  • Days from RFQ to quote
Electronics and PCBA

Buyers first check whether you take small prototype runs, can source components, which tests you run and whether you hold the certifications their industry needs.

Spell out SMT and through-hole capability, the board and component range you take, how component sourcing works, test items, and prototype and production lead times; list only certifications you actually hold, such as ISO 9001 or IATF 16949, with the scope as on the certificate.

What we track

  • Mentions in small-batch prototype questions
  • Share of RFQs with a BOM attached
  • Days from RFQ to quote
Consumer product OEM/ODM

Brands look for factories that can take a product from development to production, but when they ask AI they may see B2B platform lists that don't show who really has development capability.

Describe OEM and ODM separately: which design and development you offer, how sampling works, packaging and labeling, MOQ and the markets you've shipped to; add photos of work you're allowed to show, and no client names without consent.

What we track

  • Mentions in ODM-related questions
  • Inquiries from brands
  • Sample requests
Textiles and functional fabrics

Buyers look for specific functions (such as moisture-wicking, water-repellent or recycled yarn) and ask about environmental certifications and minimum order quantities.

One page per fabric: composition, weight, function, test methods, colors and MOQ, and lead time; list only environmental or recycling certifications you actually hold, with the scope as on the certificate, and add a Japanese version when needed.

Enter your English website URL in GEO by TriloAI. It checks ChatGPT only, no sign-up, about 1–2 minutes, to see whether AI can read your site.

  2. 02

    Free 30-minute consultation

We go through the scan together and confirm your product lines, main export markets, the language buyers use to look for suppliers and the questions you most want buyers to find you for.

  3. 03

    Five-platform check

Pick the buyer's market and language (for example the US, Japan or Global) and run up to 15 buyer questions across 5 AI platforms at once: which suppliers get recommended, which sites AI relies on, and the first three things to do.

  4. 04

    Fix

Fix the English website and spec pages, add a Japanese version when needed, fill gaps on B2B platforms and other sites, and connect RFQ sorting and ERP if needed.

  5. 05

    Re-test with the same questions

Same questions, measured again, alongside RFQs from your website and inbox. Changes usually take a few weeks to show, and no change gets recorded as no change.

Pricing

How pricing works

Quotes depend on how many product lines and markets you want checked, whether you need a Japanese version, what needs work (English website, spec pages, B2B platforms and other sites), whether you want RFQ sorting and ERP connected, and how often you want re-checks. The ChatGPT quick scan stays free.

FAQ

Common questions

What's the difference between GEO and SEO for an exporter?+

SEO gets your English pages into Google search results; GEO helps AI assistants like ChatGPT and Gemini understand you and mention you when someone asks which Taiwanese factory can make something. Much of the work overlaps (a clear English website, product pages with real specs, mentions on B2B platforms and other sites), so we do them together and measure them separately.

How do I know whether AI recommends my factory when overseas buyers ask?+

Start with the free quick scan: enter your URL in GEO by TriloAI and see how ChatGPT answers in about 1–2 minutes. For the full picture, the five-platform check lets you pick the buyer's market and language and runs up to 15 buyer questions across 5 AI platforms, showing whether you're mentioned, which suppliers you lose to and which sites AI relied on.

Which markets and languages can be checked?+

The full check covers 6 markets: Taiwan, the US, Japan, Korea, China and Global; for the China market it queries DeepSeek, Kimi and Tongyi Qianwen instead. Reports come in Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, English, Japanese and Korean. Factories selling to Europe or North America can start with the US or Global market and an English report; those selling mainly to Japan can add the Japan market and a Japanese report.

How long before I see results?+

Each platform updates at its own pace, and changes usually take a few weeks to show. We re-test with the same questions and look at RFQs from your website and inbox; no change gets recorded as no change.

How much can we say about certifications and capacity?+

Only what you actually have and can prove. Write certifications with the name and scope as on the certificate; if a certificate covers only one site or one product type, say so. Write capacity and lead time as typical ranges with conditions, never numbers you can't meet. Wrong details quoted by AI cause more trouble than missing ones.

We're already listed on B2B platforms. Do we still need an English website?+

We'd recommend it. B2B platform layouts and fields are fixed; your website is where you can fully describe processes, specs, certifications and the sample process. The check report lists which sites AI relied on, and your company name, products and certifications should read the same on platforms and your website so AI doesn't mix them up.

Will this change my website's design?+

As a rule, no. We change headings, descriptions, structured data and content, and add new spec pages. If you don't have an English website yet, or the old one can't be edited, we'll discuss whether to rebuild it.

Can you connect my current ERP?+

It depends on whether the system offers a way to connect. Common tools like email inboxes and spreadsheets connect directly; ERP, MES and WMS need checking first for a way to connect (such as an API or data export). We won't ask you to replace what you use.

Do you guarantee AI will recommend my factory?+

No. Each AI platform decides what it recommends, and nobody can guarantee that. What we can do is fill in what AI and buyers need, measure the before and after clearly, and tell you the results as they are.

How is pricing worked out?+

It's scoped to your needs: number of product lines and markets, whether you need a Japanese version, what needs work and whether you want RFQs and ERP connected. We quote after a free 30-minute consultation. The quick scan is free.
