TriloAI

For trading companies

When buyers ask AI for a distributor or supplier your company should be in the answer

TriloAI helps Taiwanese import agents and exporters show up when buyers ask Google and AI for a distributor or supplier (SEO and GEO), then connects inquiry sorting, sales assignment, quote data and shipping status. With our own tool, GEO by TriloAI, we pick the buyer's market and language (Taiwan with a Traditional Chinese report for import agents; the US, Japan or Global with an English or Japanese report for exporters), check which distributors or suppliers 5 AI platforms recommend and which sites they rely on, fix your Chinese and English website, brand and product pages and B2B platform listings based on the report, then re-test with the same questions. Remote service across Taiwan, pricing scoped to your needs, and a free quick scan to start.

When it fits

Sound familiar

Buyers ask AI and don't find you

A Taiwanese purchaser asks ChatGPT who distributes a German brand's sensors in Taiwan, an overseas buyer asks in English for pet product suppliers in Taiwan, and the answers list other traders or B2B platform results, not you, and you can't see which sites the AI relied on.

Inquiries, quotes and follow-up scattered everywhere

Inquiries arrive by email, website forms, LINE and B2B platforms; quotes live in Excel, customers in a CRM, orders and shipments in an ERP. Sales checks and retypes across all of them, and quotes nobody follows up on simply go cold.

Trade shows and platforms cost money with no clear payoff

Trade-show booths, B2B platform fees and ads get paid year after year, and what comes back is a stack of business cards and platform view counts, not which channel brought real inquiries and orders, or which one to keep next year.

What it does

What you get

AI check by market and language

Using questions buyers actually ask, we pick the right market: Taiwan for import agents (for example, who sells a given brand's industrial tape in Taiwan), and the US, Japan or Global for exporters (English or Japanese questions), then check ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and Claude at once: which distributors or suppliers get recommended and which sites the AI relies on.

A Chinese and English website AI can read

One clear heading per page; who you are, which brands and products you represent or sell, which industries and regions you serve and how to request a quote, written as sentences AI can quote. Chinese for Taiwanese buyers, English for overseas buyers, Japanese when needed; plus structured data and FAQs.

Brand and product pages

One page per brand you represent and per product category you sell: specs, uses, packaging and minimum order quantity, lead time, after-sales support and how to request a quote. Agency relationships, certifications and product descriptions include only what the brand owner allows you to publish and what you can back up.

Mentions on other sites

AI often cites B2B platforms, industry directories, trade-show exhibitor pages, distributor lists on brands' official websites and industry articles. From the sites the report shows AI relying on, we find where you're missing or out of date, such as your company profile on Taiwantrade, and fix them one by one.

Inquiries sorted and assigned to sales automatically

Inquiries from email, website forms and LINE are sorted by brand, product, region or customer type, assigned to the right salesperson and acknowledged with a confirmation; sales sees the items, quantities and lead times as soon as they open it, with no inbox digging.

Quote, order and shipping status synced

Product data and past quotes for quoting, plus order and shipping progress, are pulled together from your ERP, CRM and spreadsheets into one place; quotes with no reply after a few days and approaching delivery dates trigger reminders to sales. Connected to the systems you already use (where they offer a way to connect), without replacing them.

Use cases

Six kinds of trading companies and where each gets stuck

Same industry, but buyers are in different places and look for you differently. Here is where we look first for each kind of trader.

Import agents (bringing foreign brands into Taiwan)

Taiwanese buyers often know the brand first and then look for who sells it in Taiwan; when they ask AI who distributes the brand in Taiwan, the answer may be another company, the brand's overseas website or outdated information.

One page per brand you represent, stating where the brand is from, which product lines you handle in Taiwan, and how quotes and after-sales support work, with only what the brand owner allows you to publish; check the Taiwan market with Chinese questions, and ask the brand owner to confirm the distributor details on its official website are correct.

What we track

  • Mentions in brand-related questions
  • Inquiries from the website
  • Share of inquiries naming a brand
Exporters (selling Taiwanese products overseas)

You sell products made by Taiwanese factories; when overseas buyers ask AI in English or Japanese for a supplier, the answers are often the factories themselves or B2B platform lists, which don't show what you can do for the buyer.

State on your English website which parts of the job you actually handle (for example sourcing and product selection, sampling, pre-shipment checks, consolidated shipping and documents), which product categories you sell and which regions you've shipped to; check the US, Japan or Global market with English or Japanese questions.

What we track

  • Mentions in English questions
  • Overseas inquiries from the website
  • Share of inquiries stating a quantity
B2B wholesale and distribution

Many items and customers who are mostly shops and companies; inquiries and reorders arrive by phone, LINE and email at once, and sales spends much of the day checking stock and replying with quotes.

Product pages organized by category, stating which items are available wholesale, minimum order quantities, shipping methods and how to apply to become a reseller; inquiries from LINE and email sorted automatically, common questions answered first on LINE, and stock and quote data connected where possible.

What we track

  • Reseller partnership inquiries
  • Time from inquiry to quote
  • How often people ask about stock and order status
Specialist equipment and parts agents

Buyers are engineers or purchasers who check specs, model cross-references, lead times and after-sales support first; when specs only live in the manufacturer's PDF catalog, AI may not be able to read them.

One page per product series with a spec summary and model notes, stating which equipment or industries it suits, lead times, and how spare parts and repairs are handled; the key points of the manufacturer's catalog written as web text, within what the brand owner allows.

What we track

  • Mentions in model and spec questions
  • Share of inquiries naming a specific model
  • Days from inquiry to quote
Food and consumer goods import and export

Buyers first ask about origin, ingredients, storage, packaging and minimum order quantity, and the details sit in different suppliers' files, so each reply takes a long search.

One page per product with origin, ingredients, shelf life, packaging, minimum order quantity and shipping method written as web text that matches the package labeling; check the Taiwan market for imports, and the buyer's market and language for exports.

What we track

  • Mentions in product-related questions
  • Sample or catalog requests
  • Inquiries from the website
Traders who take orders through B2B platforms

Most inquiries come through B2B platform messages and your company details live on the platform; AI may cite the platform page or someone else, and you have no page of your own to fill the gaps.

Company name, products and contact details on the platform written the same way as on your website, with the website covering what the platform has no room for; platform inquiry notifications routed to one inbox, sorted with other inquiries and tagged by source, so you can later compare which platform works.

What we track

  • Consistency between platform and website details
  • Inquiries per platform
  • Share of each platform's inquiries that become orders

Pricing

How pricing works

Quotes depend on how many brands or product categories you have, which markets and languages you want checked, whether you need an English or Japanese version, what needs work (Chinese and English website, brand and product pages, B2B platforms and other sites), whether you want inquiry sorting and quote and shipping status connected, and how often you want re-checks. The ChatGPT quick scan stays free.

FAQ

Common questions

What's the difference between GEO and SEO for a trading company?+

SEO gets your pages into Google search results; GEO helps AI assistants like ChatGPT and Gemini understand you and mention you when someone asks who sells a brand in Taiwan or which Taiwanese supplier can ship a product. Much of the work overlaps (a clear Chinese and English website, brand and product pages with real specs, mentions on B2B platforms and other sites), so we do them together and measure them separately.

How do I know whether AI recommends me when buyers ask?+

Start with the free quick scan: enter your URL in GEO by TriloAI and see how ChatGPT answers in about 1–2 minutes. For the full picture, the five-platform check lets you pick the buyer's market and language and runs up to 15 buyer questions across 5 AI platforms, showing whether you're mentioned, which distributors or suppliers you lose to and which sites AI relied on.

We both import and export. Which markets should we check?+

The full check covers 6 markets: Taiwan, the US, Japan, Korea, China and Global; for the China market it queries DeepSeek, Kimi and Tongyi Qianwen instead. Reports come in Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, English, Japanese and Korean. Import agents start with the Taiwan market and a Traditional Chinese report; exporters choose by where buyers are, for example the US or Global with an English report for Europe and North America, or the Japan market with a Japanese report for Japan. If you do both, checking them separately is clearer.

How long before I see results?+

Each platform updates at its own pace, and changes usually take a few weeks to show. We re-test with the same questions and look at inquiries from your website, inbox and LINE; no change gets recorded as no change.

How much can we say about the brands we represent?+

Only what the brand owner allows you to publish and what you can back up. Describe the agency relationship (which product lines and regions it covers, and whether words like exclusive can be used) the way your contract and the brand owner allow, and never add what the contract doesn't say; write certifications with the name and scope as on the certificate. Wrong details quoted by AI cause more trouble than missing ones.

We're already listed on B2B platforms. Do we still need a website?+

We'd recommend it. B2B platform layouts and fields are fixed; your website is where you can fully describe the brands you represent, product specs, shipping methods and how to request a quote. The check report lists which sites AI relied on, and your company name, brands and products should read the same on platforms and your website so AI doesn't mix them up.

Will this change my website's design?+

As a rule, no. We change headings, descriptions, structured data and content, and add new brand and product pages. If you don't have an English website yet, or the old one can't be edited, we'll discuss whether to rebuild it.

Can you connect my current CRM or ERP?+

It depends on whether the system offers a way to connect. Common tools like email inboxes, LINE Official Account and spreadsheets connect directly; CRM and ERP need checking first for a way to connect (such as an API or data export). We won't ask you to replace what you use. A single workflow usually launches in 1–2 weeks, and cross-system integration usually takes 3–6 weeks.

Do you guarantee AI will recommend my company?+

No. Each AI platform decides what it recommends, and nobody can guarantee that. What we can do is fill in what AI and buyers need, measure the before and after clearly, and tell you the results as they are.

How is pricing worked out?+

It's scoped to your needs: number of brands or product categories, which markets and languages to check, what needs work and whether you want inquiries, quotes and shipping status connected. We quote after a free 30-minute consultation. The quick scan is free.
